Yale's most popular course in its history, Psychology and
the Good Life, teaches that the following habits are repeatedly found in happy people: 1) spending time with friends and family; 2) practicing gratitude and optimism; and 3) physical activity.

This final element inspired me to start Sustainable Fitness, motivated to encourage others to think of fitness as a key component of our happiness and well-being.
Sustainable Fitness is the practice of adopting realistic exercise and diet principles that can be continued for a lifetime. Our singular goal is to use these principles to improve happiness and well-being.
